Better energy in studios of internationally operating top-orchestra

Energizing program for a big internationally operating top orchestra including support staff comprising more than 200 employees. One of the goals was a good mutual communication and feedback flow, which was complicated by incurred pain as a result of fusions and budget-cuts in the past years. Musicians experienced the atmosphere in the studios as bad and, as a result of this, complained about tiredness. After the energizing program the energy of these locations has been improved significantly and there are few complaints left. There is more satisfaction in working, and musicians and staff are much more vibrant and joyous. There is a better alignment between musicians, staff and management.
